Chapter and Verse Minor Release v1.3.2

Here are some of the minor changes and enhancements that are part of v1.3.2:

Updated help file as promised. Context sensitive help links have been updated along with the help file.

Added an option on the Metadata Options tab to turn on/off the "Artwork not found" error when extracting metadata from a file
